A: From start to finish the process involves the following:
- On site interviews
- One on one leadership interviews
- Employee interviews / surveys
- Site observations and evaluations
- Deliver survey tool via internet: (60 questions)
- Can be customized
- You may choose to use additional modules to add to the specificity of the evaluation
- Generate report
- A very basic report can be generated almost immediately.
- Meeting to discuss report findings
- Includes potential future action items
- Optional:
- Change monitor via internet
- Tracks progress in intervals of 100 days
- Action Planner via internet
- Interactive tool and database that you update and track progress.
